Your workforce supply partner for security, cleaning and operational support

Screened, licensed staff to supplement your team on your contracts, with the records your compliance team needs.

For security companies

We supply SIA-licensed officers, screened to BS 7858:2019, under a use-of-labour agreement: our officers supplement your team on your contract.

Use of labour is not sub-contracting. Under SIA guidance, an SIA approved contractor may only sub-contract security work to another approved contractor unless the SIA gives permission. Using labour supplied by another business to deliver your own contract needs no SIA permission. As the hirer, you remain responsible for making sure supplied officers are screened, and our BS 7858:2019 screening records are ready for that check.

For cleaning and FM contractors

Cleaning and soft FM staff, either as labour supply working under your direction or as sub-contracted service delivery on your contract.

We are SafeContractor approved (BS1272), which many FM supply chains require before work can start, and a Corporate Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

For main contractors

Security officers for site guarding and gatehouses, and cleaning staff for site offices and welfare areas. See construction and infrastructure security.

How it works

  1. Your requirement – roles, site, shift patterns, start date and any client requirements.
  2. Matching – personnel matched to the roles, with licences and role-specific training confirmed.
  3. Screening and documents – BS 7858:2019 screening and right-to-work checks completed before deployment.
  4. Mobilisation – shift patterns, deployment details and site induction agreed with you.
  5. Attendance – attendance and timesheet arrangements agreed and recorded.
  6. Reporting – a clear reporting and escalation route between your team and ours.
  7. Administration – invoicing and contract administration set out at the start.
  8. Relief – relief arrangements, where agreed.

Clear terms from the start

Before anyone is deployed, we confirm in writing whether our staff are supplied as labour working under your direction or whether we deliver a defined service under sub-contract. The agreement sets out roles, responsibilities and liabilities between us, you and the end client.

Staffing commitments depend on confirmed availability, lead time, location and the contract’s requirements, and we will tell you plainly what we can cover.
