Security services

SIA-licensed security officers for commercial, public, transport and construction sites in London and the South East, screened to BS 7858:2019 and matched to your site.

Manned guarding and static security

Officers who protect your site, control who comes in and record what happens on every shift.

  • Static guarding and site protection
  • Access control and entry-point monitoring
  • Visitor and contractor management
  • Incident reporting and shift handovers
  • Site-specific procedures, agreed with you
  • Regular communication with your site management
  • Relief and cover arrangements, where agreed

Corporate and front-of-house security

A professional welcome with the right controls behind it.

  • Reception and front-of-house security
  • Visitor registration and contractor sign-in
  • Access control and building security
  • Customer-facing security duties
  • Incident escalation and coordination with building management

Front-of-house officers are chosen for how they deal with people as well as for their security role: visitors are greeted, checked and directed, and anything unusual is escalated quietly and quickly.

Transport and station security

A visible, approachable security presence in station buildings and public areas.

  • Security officers for station buildings, concourses and public areas
  • Access control where authorised
  • Incident reporting through the operator’s procedures
  • Officers suited to busy, passenger-facing environments
  • Site-specific induction and competence requirements met before deployment

Construction and infrastructure security

Guarding for sites, compounds and gatehouses, by day and out of hours.

  • Static site guarding and gatehouse operations
  • Site access control, visitor and delivery management
  • Out-of-hours guarding
  • Protection of plant, materials and site cabins
  • Regular perimeter checks with recorded findings
  • Site reporting and escalation to the site manager

Door supervision and events

Licensed door supervisors and event staff, briefed on your venue and event plan.

  • Door supervision for venues and premises
  • Event security and stewarding
  • Entry, search and queue management
  • Incident reporting and liaison with the organiser or venue manager

Door supervisors hold the SIA door supervision licence. Staffing levels, briefings and reporting are agreed with you for each event.

Mobile patrols and keyholding

For premises that need checks and a response, rather than an officer on site all the time.

  • Mobile patrols at agreed times
  • Lock-up and unlock services
  • Keyholding, with keys held under a recorded key-control procedure
  • Alarm response
  • A report after every visit

How we match officers to your site

Every officer holds the SIA licence for the role and is screened to BS 7858:2019 before deployment.

We match officers to the site, the duties and your requirements, then agree the site induction, assignment instructions, reporting and escalation with you before the first shift. Officers working alone are covered by our lone worker protection: an alert device and documented welfare checks.
